Night porter wanted for Nuuk
Do you have a strong service gene, experience from the hotel industry, are you willing to work at night and have a robust mindset?
Then you now have the opportunity to become our new night porter as part of an exciting workplace with talented colleagues.
Tasks as a night porter:
- Checking in and out of guests
- Cash reconciliation
- Preparation for shift changes, including light office work and accounting tasks
- Ensure peace and order at the reception during night hours
About you:
The position as a night porter offers lots of exciting challenges.
You will have a completely central and independent role at the hotel during the night and morning hours, where you will contribute to ensuring that our guests have a good experience.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a good knowledge of Danish, English and preferably Greenlandic.
- You have a flair for IT & hotel systems, preferably Spectra.
- You are at least 25 years old.
You are a true night owl who has no problem sleeping during the day and working at night. Hotel experience is of course a plus, but not necessary. You are committed, smiling and approachable towards guests as well as colleagues. Salary according to qualifications and experience. Furnished accommodation can be made available according to current regulations. Travel expenses will be provided in connection with joining.
