**Book your pickup no longer then 2½ hours before your flight departure. **

Greenland Airports recommends arriving at the airport 2 hours before departure.

Your pickup from the hotel will therefore be scheduled approximately 2½ hours before your flight departure. Please note that the transfer to the airport can take up to 30 minutes.

When you book a pickup, we will arrive at your accommodation within a 30-minute window after the scheduled pickup time. For example, if your pickup is booked for 07:00, we will arrive between 07:00 and 07:30. If your pickup is booked for 14:00, we will arrive between 14:00 and 14:30.

It is important that you are ready when the shuttle arrives at your location at the scheduled pickup time; otherwise, the shuttle may depart without you.
