Restaurant Sarfalik

Sarfalik refers to two different restaurants located in the same spot on the 5th floor, with views of Sermitsiaq, Store Malene, and Nuuk Fjord.

For lunch, all week long, Sarfalik Lunch is open, serving light and flavorful lunch dishes in a relaxed setting.

In the evenings (Monday to Saturday), Sarfalik Fisk & Skaldyr opens.It offers a changing menu featuring freshly caught fish, seafood, and a few select meat dishes from Greenlandic waters and hinterlands. Both concepts focus on seasonal ingredients and the view of the fjord and mountains.

A Hereford Beefstouw

Our steakhouse A Hereford Beefstouw is the place for meat lovers, serving classic steaks and sides in a relaxed atmosphere. As a special treat, guests can also choose Greenlandic specialties such as musk ox, reindeer and redfish – an opportunity to taste local produce with a flavorful twist.
