Founded in 1248, Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international gastronomic association with nearly 25,000 members across more than 80 countries.
The association brings together both enthusiasts and professionals, including chefs, service professionals, sommeliers, restaurateurs, and hotels, united by a shared commitment to quality, creativity, and culinary excellence.
In Denmark and Greenland, the Bailliage of Denmark organises events where members can experience the richness and diversity of Danish gastronomy.
