Welcome to Hotel Hans Egede

The hotel, spread over 5 floors, is located on the city’s central main street, within walking distance to the city’s shops and attractions, with views over the fjord and mountains. At Hotel Hans Egede, you are close to nature while also being able to experience the vibrant city life right outside the hotel’s entrance. On the large square in front of Brugsen, when the weather allows, there is always a market selling used goods. Depending on the season, you can buy nature’s own products, from springtime lumpfish roe to blackberries towards late summer. In the hotel’s lounge by the reception, you can enjoy a cup of coffee while observing the life outside.
