Hotel Hans Egede sets new standard for meetings, seminars, conferences and events with the most modern, 5-star seminar and conference centre in the country.
The premises of HHE Conference & Events are entirely unique, large and bright – and subtly designed for seminar and conference purposes. Several of the rooms have a magnificent view of mountains and the fiord, and our facilities provide the perfect setting for day meetings, seminars og conferences with up to 350 participants.
With 4 well-appointed conference rooms, 19 meeting rooms, a reputable team of talented chefs and waiters as well as a highly professional seminar and conference department, we are able to handle even large meetings and conferences.
The Hotel Hans Egede offers the only air-conditioned seminar and conference facilities in Greenland. These are located on the 5th floor. An advanced ventilation system ensures an optimum indoor climate in the new facilities on the 1st and 2nd floor, regardless of the number of guests in the room.

Equipment for simultaneous interpretation and professional interpreter booths may be booked at request prior to your event.
We are also able to offer you the convenience of brand-new video conference equipment in our customized video conference rooms. We have two available platforms, namely ”Life Size” and ”Skype” if you only require one short and simple video conference.
We have developed our very own extended guest service consisting of an “One click support and service” function available from all meeting and conference rooms. With just one touch on the screen outside the room you can quickly and easily contact our technical support team, the reception or our seminar and conference department.
AV equipment
As part of our standard package, HHE Conference & Events provides state-of-the-art AV equipment, including Mimio Activeboard with Internet access and integrated Office Pack.
The recently established seminar and conference centre is top-of-the-line but also very simple to use. Additionally, we are able to show videos or presentations in large formats on our customized video wall if you want your presentation to reach unpresedented visual heights. With a briefing no later than 7 days before the event, we may also decorate the video wall with photos or grafical elements to suit the occasion.
