Päikeseline hommik ja plaan oli matkata Lille Malene mägisel matkarajal. Minu majutaja, kes töötab bussifirmas, andis mulle 12 korra bussikaardi (üks sõit u 2,5 €). Ta soovitas võtta bussi nr 1, aga kuna bussiringid on siin lühikesed ja liine vaid paar, hüppasin lihtsalt esimesele bussile – see oli hoopis nr 2.
Sain osalise ülevaate linnast: palju kortermaju, ridamaju ning fjordi ääres ka eramaju, sekka mõned väikesed poed ja garaažid. Majad on siin kõik värvilised :) Hiljem proovisin ka liini nr 1, aga see ei viinudki matkaraja algusesse – võimalik, et mäletasin liini numbrit valesti :)
Kuna mul püsivat internetiühendust ei ole, ei saanud kohapeal kontrollida, millise liiniga oleks õige olnud minna. Otsustasin selle asemel avastada vanalinna. Käisin Katuaq kultuurikeskuses ja väikeses tasuta muuseumis, kus kogu info oli vist grööni või taani keeles, aga kuna seal olid puidutööriistad ja pildid suurtest vitstest tünnidest, oli üsna arusaadav, millega tegu :) Lisaks tegin ka jalutuskäigu ümber Nuuki – väga tore päev!

How do I plan such image when I lead my expedition to East Greenland? 🇬🇱
On our arrival by plane to East Greenland, we flew over the entrance of Scoresbysund, and from the plane, looking down, I could not stop noticing that amazingly shaped iceberg. I looked at its location, and I knew It would take us about 2 hours to navigate to it once we get out of Constable Point.
We did not even land in Greenland yet, and I know exactly what shot I was aiming at.
We got onboard, did not waste a minute, lifted the ship anchor, and made our way to the iceberg right on time for the moon rise above it.
